감쇠상수(減衰常數)

1. (일반적) 전파상수의 실수 값 ; 단위 Neper/m. 2. (광통신) 특정 모드에서 축 방향 전파상수의 실수 값. 그 모드 전력에서 감쇠계수의 크기는 감쇠상수의 두 배이다.
3. (도파관) 균일 전송선로내 진행방향의 거리에 따른 진행파의 전자기장 성분 진폭의 감소율; 전파상수의 실수값.
