항공이동업무의 피더링크를 제공하기 위하여 육상의 특정고정지점에 위치하여 고정위성업무 또는 경우에 따라서 항공이동업무를 행하는 지구국.
An earth station in the fixed-satellite service, or in some cases, in the aeronautical mobile-satellite service, located at a specified fixed point on land to provide a feeder link for the aeronautical mobile-satellite service. RRS1.82
